Client Service:

  • Keep up with your clients’ businesses, industries and competitors and use your knowledge to identify and respond to relevant trends to add value to your client’s business.
  • Take the lead in managing client relationships and account teams.
  • Be your clients’ day-to-day contact, counselor and strategic thinker. Apply your knowledge and keen observation to offer expert advice, views and direction.
  • Strategy:

  • Possess the knowledge to develop an IC strategy that creates value and meets client objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues in building, evaluating, implementing and measuring IC plans.
  • Media:

  • Monitor and report on media trends. Make recommendations to strengthen IC programs.
  • Own relationships with media members who cover your clients’ industries and businesses to optimize channels.
  • Help develop media strategies and research, write and pitch stories.
  • Digital:

  • Stay current on social media channels, trends and analytics tools. Make recommendations to strengthen our capabilities and client programs.
  • Help develop and oversee digital media strategy execution.
  • Oversee development of content for multiple channels to support brand strategies and appeal to target audiences.
  • Creativity:

  • Look for the new and unexpected and use BCW proprietary tools to make that happen, such as the Creative Catalyst Network and Digital Catalyst Cards.
  • Be curious. Observe the world around you; note the latest trends in media, culture, fashion, etc., and apply them to clients’ programs.
  • Lead and participate in brainstorming meetings and contribute ideas based on research and insights.
  • Brand and Insights:

  • Working with the Brand and Insights Group, understand research including BCW’s proprietary BAV and how brand and consumer insights affect development of plans and new business presentations.
  • Identify key insights from research and use them to develop storylines for media.
